Our Network Design Engineers are available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CT, excluding ADTRAN Holidays, to provide Pre-Sales assistance with the following: - Product Capability and Functionality questions
- ProServices and Network Care Programs, including service and replacement plans, maintenance, installation and training
- Application Design Assistance
- Generating Material Parts List, depending on product area may include:
- Hardware part numbers
- Software part numbers
- Optics part numbers
- Service plan options
- Specific BOMs to fit application requirements, with quantity and list price
- Questions related to technical documentation in the Support Community or assistance navigating adtran.com
